How are the pies packaged for shipping?
Our pies are flash-frozen to lock in freshness and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs. We ensure they arrive at your door at a safe temperature, ready to be thawed or popped straight into the oven.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We believe everyone deserves a slice. We offer a selection of both vegan and gluten-friendly crusts and fillings. Please check the 'Specialty' section of our menu for current seasonal offerings.
When will my order arrive?
To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday via overnight or 2-day delivery. Orders placed after Wednesday will typically ship the following Monday to avoid weekend transit delays.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will see an option to add a personalized gift message. We will print this on a custom card and include it inside the box at no extra charge.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
How long can I store my pie in the freezer?
Our pies can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months if kept in their original airtight packaging. Once thawed, we recommend consuming the pie within 3 to 5 days for the best flavor experience.
